so this is the software that you will be using to actually run sound during performances. you will need a MacBook to run the software, so if you don't have one yourself, I can give you mine to run sound

how it works is it lets you play out audio files as "cues", and a "cue list" is just a set of audio files and effect cues such as fade cues (fade in and outs that you can manually initiate), pause cues, stop cues, and a bunch of other stuff. although really the sound and fade cues are the ones you will be using QUITE regularly
